Around 2010, Hubcore developed its first direct connections with Channel Managers like Vertical Booking, Blastness, and many others. Today, Hubcore boasts around 26 direct connections. This integration has enabled Hubcore to facilitate real-time management of availability and rates, optimizing the sale of an increasing number of room-nights across B2C channels. 

Expansion into the Extra-Hotel Market

Always attuned to tourism trends, Hubcore expanded its modules to include apartment and experience management. The platform connected with specialized entities such as KrossBooking and Kalisi (the proprietary platform of Italianway), offering comprehensive and integrated management for the extra-hotel sector. This expansion culminated in the integration of the experiential market through the Channel Manager Experience Bank, making Hubcore's experiential product available on major OTAs like Viator, Musement, Get Your Guide, and many more.

Growth Towards B2B

Initially a predominantly B2C platform, Hubcore.ai evolved by developing solutions for the B2B sector, thanks to a significant partnership with the Welcome Travel group. This collaboration led to the creation of an access gateway for independent travel agencies and large networks, allowing them to access and purchase the entire inventory available on Hubcore

B2B Innovations: TripBuilder and Smart Travel

During this period, Hubcore identified the need for regions to monetize the potential created by their tourist attractions. Consequently, Hubcore developed the Digital Warehouse and completed the Product Factory, a dynamic solution revolutionizing the management of multi-day tours. These innovations resulted in the first versions of TripBuilder and Smart Travel, back-end and front-end tools that enable the creation of complex itineraries by aggregating various types of tourist products, making them bookable in a single solution for both B2B and B2C markets

Rebranding and the Rise of Artificial Intelligence 

In 2022, the arrival of ChatGPT brought generative artificial intelligence into the spotlight, coinciding with Destination Italia joining Hubcore's social structure. In response to these developments, Hubcore rebranded itself as Hubcore.ai. This change was not merely cosmetic but signaled a radical shift in approach. Hubcore.ai placed the potential of machine learning and generative AI at the heart of its future developments. 

Process Automation and Optimization 

With the introduction of these technologies, Hubcore.ai made significant investments aimed at optimizing internal processes, automating standard and repetitive actions and information, thereby minimizing operational process times. This led to the creation of new tools such as the Copywriter Assistant and the Virtual Concierge, with many more currently in development and nearing release.
