Can I manage experiences I created with multiple suppliers?

Yes. ExperienceHUB allows you to create proprietary experiences that involve one or more suppliers for each activity. Each booking is automatically notified via email to all suppliers involved, keeping operations under control.  

Do suppliers have access to a reserved area?

Of course. Each supplier has personal access where they can manage calendars, availability, and booking reports. If a supplier collaborates on multiple experiences, with a single user profile they can view and update all the products they are involved in.  

Does ExperienceHUB also handle financials?

Yes, the system records supplier costs and sales prices for each booking. All data flows into the accounting module, helping you monitor margins, invoices to receive, and invoices to issue. (Note: ExperienceHUB does not issue invoices directly).  

Is it connected to the main distribution channels?

Absolutely. ExperienceHUB is integrated with major channel managers and allows you to distribute your experiences on OTAs such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Musement, and many more.  

Can I set different pricing models?

Yes. You can configure per-person or per-group pricing, both for direct sales through Hubcore (B2C/B2B) and for those distributed via OTA channels. Maximum flexibility to adapt to any type of offer.  

What are the advantages of the Globick integration?

ExperienceHUB is connected to Globick, a B2B marketplace that gives you access to an international catalog of third-party experiences. This way, you can quickly expand your inventory and enrich your offer with quality products ready for sale.  

How does the B2C booking widget work?

The platform provides a booking widget that can be integrated directly into your website. Your clients can browse the catalog of uploaded experiences, view product details, and complete bookings online independently.  

Does ExperienceHUB integrate with other Hubcore modules?

Yes. The system uses the CRS and TripBuilder modules to manage combined experiences and tours, allowing you to offer complete packages and tailor-made solutions with a single, centralized workflow.
