Can I add my own tourism products in TripBuilder?

Yes. With the hubcore.ai platform you can manage rate plans for accommodation (hotels and apartments), tours, and experiences through our booking engine. Later, you can easily include these products in client proposals, including list prices.  

We mainly work on request and don’t have immediate availability. Can we still use TripBuilder?

Yes. TripBuilder manages both on-request and instant availability. In addition, thanks to the “tailor-made” feature, you can create customized quotations for off-catalog tourism products.  

How can I collect payment from the client once they accept my quote?

TripBuilder can be configured according to your needs. You can connect VivaWallet’s credit card payment service (viva.com) to receive immediate payments and automatically confirm quotes at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can choose bank transfer and manage confirmations manually.  

When I confirm a booking, does Hubcore.ai automatically send confirmations to all suppliers?

Yes. Hubcore.ai automatically sends confirmations to suppliers as soon as they are correctly configured in the platform. The system sends a confirmation email with all booking details and records the exact time the supplier views it.  

Is Hubcore.ai an administrative management system?

No. Hubcore.ai is not an administrative management system, but it includes an accounting module that stores all the information needed for invoicing (customer and supplier records, invoicing methods such as 74ter, standard, or commission-based, etc.). All this data can be exported in CSV format or sent via web service to your administrative management system, which will handle invoicing and other accounting procedures.  

Is TripBuilder for B2B or B2C?

The module can be set to send gross quotes (B2C, end clients) or net quotes (B2B, agencies). This way, you have maximum flexibility in offering your travel proposals.  

I have little tourism product available, can I receive third-party products in TripBuilder?

Yes, even if you have few tourism products, you can access third-party products on TripBuilder.

With Hubcore.ai we offer, on request, a wide range of products across Italy (accommodation, experiences, transfers) with dynamic pricing and instant availability. This way, you can create packages combining products you contract directly with those aggregated from third parties.  

If I upload a product to Hubcore.ai, can other companies access my inventory without my consent?
No, absolutely not. Everything you upload to Hubcore.ai is your exclusive property and no third party can access it without your authorization. The only way to share your inventory with others is by joining the Hubcore.ai Marketplace, where you can set specific agreements with other Tour Operators to sell your products.
